At XPRESSORY, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
We accept returns or exchanges only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
Customers must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
A clear unboxing video and product photo are required for any return or replacement claim.
Non-Returnable Conditions
Products cannot be returned for change of mind after delivery.
Used, physically damaged, or customer-damaged products are not eligible for return or exchange.
Products without proper packaging/accessories may not be accepted.
Replacement Process
Once the issue is verified, XPRESSORY will arrange a replacement or suitable solution.
Replacement processing time may take 3–7 business days depending on product availability.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable if replacement is not possible.
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method or mobile banking within a few business days.
Return Shipping Responsibility
If the issue is caused by a damaged, defective, or incorrect product from our side, XPRESSORY will cover the return shipping cost.
For any other return reason, the customer may need to bear the delivery charges.
Important Note
XPRESSORY reserves the right to reject return/refund requests if proper proof (such as unboxing video) is not provided.
