Order Processing

Orders are usually confirmed and packed within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed after working hours may be processed the next business day.

Delivery Time

Inside Dhaka: Estimated delivery within 1–3 business days.

Outside Dhaka: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days.

Delivery time may vary during public holidays or due to courier delays

Delivery Charges

Inside Dhaka: 80 taka delivery charge applicable.

Outside Dhaka: Delivery charge 120 taka  applicable.

Courier Partner

We deliver nationwide through Steadfast courier to ensure safe and secure home delivery.

Order Tracking

Customers will receive delivery updates through call/SMS/Facebook inbox after shipment confirmation.

XPRESSORY is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect customer information or unforeseen courier issues.

Customers are requested to check the package condition during delivery.

Damaged Product Policy

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with a clear unboxing video/photo for support or replacement assistance.
